We do not process special categories of personal data unless strictly necessary and with your explicit consent.

Photos and images

On our website and social media channels, we sometimes use photos and videos taken in public spaces or during events. These may include visitors and tourists. If you are recognizable in a photo and do not want this, please let us know at bridge@oldgiethoorn.nl. We will remove or edit the photo or video in question as quickly as possible, where possible.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained. Legal (tax) data are kept for up to 7 years.
